With a net worth hovering around $60 million, it’s no surprise that Selena Gomez is living it up in luxurious homes in Texas and California.
Selena Gomez isn’t even thirty and has lived in and flipped an incredible amount of gorgeous homes. Selena has owned homes all over the Greater Los Angeles area including Studio City and Calabasas. But she’s also owned a property in Forth Worth, Texas, not far from where she was born and raised. With a net worth hovering around $60 million, according to Business Insider, it’s no surprise that Selena’s living it up.
Without further ado, here’s an inside look at Selena Gomez’s luxurious homes in California and Texas.
13Selena Gomez Made Some Major Moves Thanks To Her Calabasas Home
There’s no doubt that Selena Gomez proved herself when she bought and sold this massive mansion in Calabasas, California. According to Today, Selena sold this house to rapper French Montana in 2016 for $3.3 million. He later flipped it for $6.5 Million. Meaning, Selena found a property that had so much potential it almost doubled in price.

There’s nothing quite like entering a home with a fantastic foyer. First impressions are everything, after all. According to Hello Magazine, the foyer has a neutral tile floor which leads to the home’s walk-in cellar and view of the epic grand staircase. Just outside is the $400,000 recording studio that Selena put in to be able to work from home.
11Selena’s Bedroom Got A Total Revamp When French Montana Moved In
When Selena Gomez owned this beautiful Calabasas, California mansion, she was partial to a bright purple bedroom. But when French Montana moved in, everything got a more muted tone. Either way, the master suite is truly amazing and seems like the best place to cuddle up to someone as downright hot as Selena. So, we guess we’re saying… Justin Bieber was a very lucky dude.
10Another Place That Justin And Selena Got Cozy
This absurdly romantic bathroom would have been the perfect place for Justin and Selena to have gotten cozy with one another. According to The LA Times, the super-soaking sink-in bathtub is just off the master bedroom. It has two doors for access and a fireplace that looks into the bedroom. Seriously, this is what dreams are made of.
9How About That Calabasas Backyard Though?
If you have an amazing property in California, chances are the backyard is almost as nice as the house itself. This is certainly the case for Selena Gomez’s former home in the Greater Los Angeles area. According to Today, her Calabasas backyard has a courtyard, outdoor dining room and living room. As well as a complete outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. And then, of course, there’s the pool.
8Selena’s Last Known Residence Was In Studio City, California
While Today says Selena is no longer living in her $2.7 million Studio City home, we’re not so sure. After all, she has posted a few shots on Instagram that make it appear as though she’s still living there. Either way, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is her last known living residence as of October 2019. Although, she did list her property, according to Trulia. We just don’t know if that was real or not.

But so is the rest of the home which features two living spaces, a cozy kitchen, and treated brick floors. While it’s above our price range, it’s a lot less ostentatious than what most celebs have.

Although Selena Gomez has sold this incredible property, it’s still worth taking a look at. According to Forbes, it was designed and built to replicate the great châteaux of southern France.
